Ok so I have been MIA for a long while from this sight and decide it was time to pic it up again. So I will start to put more of my work up for all who watch my sight to see. I have been going though a lot lately and the biggest event in my life was on April 15th I got engaged to my Soul Mate. It was the best day of my life and also the most traumatic time in my life as well. You see at the end of the day when we were driving home from a show at around 10:30 P.M. we turn the corner on to the main stretch of road that will lead to my house and I saw a utility truck with flashing yellow light making this weird U turn. Well so as the good driver I am I slow down to about 45 MPH so as to avoid getting hit by it and then next thing I know when I turn and face the road there was a black cow in my lane and you guessed it I hit it dead on. Mind you there are no street lamps on my road cause I live out in a farming town and so this was considered a farmers high way. I hit is at 45 and head his the steering wheel and the cow almost goes through my windshield on the passengers side where my fiance was sitting. It does not go through but it does roll up and over my roof to land its feet behind me or so I was told by my fiance. Luckily we did not flip but the car was almost completely totaled out. I some how get the car off to the side of the road, turn the engine off, and then get out to see if my fiance is ok and as soon as he wraps me in his arms I start to cry. The funny part is I was crying cause I had crashed my car which is one of my babies. Also I was in a panic cause I had no idea on how I was going to get to work the next day so that sent me in t a crying fit. I call my mom and then hand the phone over to my fiance and he then calls 911. The first one on the seine was a farmer who lived up the road who happened to be out side when he heard the crash and so booked it to make sure everyone involved was ok. The first officer on the sight just so happened to be my uncle and he will never let me live this down. The ambulance arrived and started to check me out and were ticking me off cause all I had was a bump on my head and scratches from the glass. Still my mom insisted I go to the hospital but there was no way I was ridding in that ambulance with people who do not listen. So my mom drove us to the hospital and checked me out only to tell them what I already told them. Which was I had a bump on the head and scratches from the glass and all needed was rest. My fiance walked away without a scratch. Later in the week though we were a little sore and it did awaken my neck injuries from previous accidents and my fiances back injury as well. So I will be going to the chiropractor later this week to get work done on me. The funniest part of this story is the Darn Cow LIVED!!! I so wanted it on my plate for dinner after this XD
So after this incident I decided I am going to start drawing more often than i have been cause you never know what might happen to yourself in the future so live in the moment for you only truly live once. I do have a gallery showing on the 1st of May and I am really excited for it and i am working on thins for it as we speak so I am going to end this hear and get back to that but I promise to post more at a later time so please keep watching what i do next XD
